Warranty conditions:

The validity period of the three packages is calculated from the date of the invoice, minus the time occupied for repair and the time without spare parts to be repaired.

Within the validity period of the three packages, consumers shall use the invoice and the three packages vouchers to handle repairs, exchanges and returns. Without invoice/voucher is executed in the following two ways:

1、No invoice/voucher is calculated according to the company's system entry installation date; 

2、No invoice / voucher and the company's system does not enter the information according to the product production date delayed three months after the start of the calculation.

Product Non-Warranty Policy

Specify the circumstances under which the product is not covered by the warranty

1、No brand LOGO, or brand LOGO damage can not be recognized as our products;

2、Exceeding the validity period of three packages;

3、Damage caused by man-made reasons;

4、Damage caused by irresistible factors;

5、Not in accordance with the "product manual" requirements of the use, maintenance and adjustment of any damage caused;

6、Without our authorized personnel to dismantle or repair the machine damage caused by private;

7、More than normal conditions of use or product features, forced use of the product caused by failure or damage.

Product Return Policy

A valid purchase invoice/voucher is required for all returns and exchanges

1、Tmall, Jingdong Mall in Aipuri flagship store order to buy products, can enjoy 7 days no reason to return; no reason to return conditions for the product is not installed, not used, packaging accessories and other complete;
