After-Sales Service Charges
The company's goods are strictly based on the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests", "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China".
The implementation of after-sales service, service content is as follows:
Product Warranty Policy
Service products: pre-filter, end direct drinking machine, central water purifier, central water softener, on-stage hydrogen-enriched water dispenser, wall-mounted pipeline machine, centralized ultrafiltration machine, instant hot water dispenser

Warranty conditions:
The validity period of the three packages is calculated from the date of the invoice, minus the time occupied for repair and the time without spare parts to be repaired.
Within the validity period of the three packages, consumers shall use the invoice and the three packages vouchers to handle repairs, exchanges and returns. Without invoice/voucher is executed in the following two ways:
1、No invoice/voucher is calculated according to the company's system entry installation date;
2、 no invoice / voucher and the company's system does not enter the information according to the product production date delayed three months after the start of the calculation.
Product Non-Warranty Policy
The following are not covered by the warranty
1、No brand LOGO, or brand LOGO damage can not be recognized as our products;
2、Exceeding the validity period of three packages;
3、Damage caused by man-made reasons;
4、damage caused by irresistible factors;
5、not in accordance with the "product manual" requirements of the use, maintenance and adjustment of any damage caused;
6、 without our authorized personnel to dismantle or repair the machine damage caused by private;
7、more than normal conditions of use or product features, forced use of the product caused by failure or damage.
Product Return Policy
A valid purchase invoice/voucher is required for all returns and exchanges
1、Tmall, Jingdong Mall in Aipuri flagship store order to buy products, can enjoy 7 days no reason to return; no reason to return conditions for the product is not installed, not used, packaging accessories and other complete;
2、 the product from the date of sale within 7 days, the Division I authorized service personnel identified as product quality problems; consumers can enjoy the return of the machine, replacement, free maintenance policy;
3、Products from the date of sale within 15 days after our authorized service personnel identified as product quality problems; consumers can enjoy the exchange, free maintenance policy;
After-sales service charges

Description:
1、The above charges refer only to the maintenance labor service fee, not including spare parts and remote fee. Need to replace the spare parts by the service personnel to show the spare parts charge standard, after confirming the charge;
2、If a single machine is replaced with two kinds of spare parts at one time, or two service types are served at the same time, the highest charge type of service type will be charged once, and cannot be repeated;
3、The replaced spare parts are guaranteed for one year according to the date of repair.
